Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING TIME
At Behida Dolić Millinery, we try to ship all in-stock garments and ready-to-wear hats within 8 to 10 business days of orders being placed. Custom-made hats are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of orders being placed. You will receive an email confirming that we have successfully received your order. You will also receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you want insurance, please contact us via email (csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com) We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
NOTE: Signature upon delivery is not required but we recommend it. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All orders shipped outside the United States are shipped via USPS International and may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Behida Dolić Millinery and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
NOTE: All international sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sales outside the United States.

Possible Delays
International parcels are occasionally delayed by standard customs clearance procedures at their destination country. This is beyond the control of Behida Dolić Millinery and we cannot be held responsible for packages delayed by customs in the receiving country.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Behida Dolić Millinery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Declared Value
To prevent penalty by law, we are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels on the customs form. Unfortunately, exceptions cannot be made, even if your purchase is a gift.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not take responsibility for lost, missing, or damaged packages that show successful delivery to the order address. You may therefore want to choose "Signature Confirmation" for your shipping.

Prior to shipping back a return or exchange, customers must email csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com and receive written confirmation from Behida Dolić Millinery that the garment or hat will be accepted under the criteria listed below. All costs related to shipping and handling of returns and exchanges are non refundable. Returns and exchanges should be sent to Behida Dolić Millinery via the courier of the customer’s choice, at the customer’s expense. Customer should retain the return shipping tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Clothing Returns
Behida Dolić Millinery gladly accepts returns on most unworn, unwashed, damage-free garments within 14 days of the original ship date. Upon receipt of returned items, Behida Dolić Millinery agrees to process refunds within 14 days. Note: Behida Dolić Millinery reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise is worn, soiled, damaged, altered or does not meet policy requirements.
All requests for refunds must be received within 14 days of the original ship date, and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and/or return form included in your shipment. Without a receipt/return form, we will exchange or issue a store credit on eligible unworn, unwashed, damage-free merchandise.
Clothing Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us at csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com to initiate the transaction. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange to be processed.
Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of original ship date. Requests for exchanges postmarked later than 14 days of the original ship date will be issued a store credit only.
Sale Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items. Any sale item that is returned to us will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. When placing a pre-order for any item at Behida Dolić Millinery, you are agreeing to purchase an item that is not yet in production and has an estimated delivery date with the understanding that there can be production delays out of the control of Behida Dolić Millinery.
However, Behida Dolić Millinery wants you to absolutely love your item. If you need to exchange your item for another size to find the perfect fit, please contact us at csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com to initiate the transaction. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request.
Hat Returns
Custom-made hats: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, Behida Dolić Millinery wants you to absolutely love your hat and to love wearing it for many years. In the unlikely event your hat does not fit you properly, we are more than happy to make any necessary size adjustments.
Ready-to-wear hats: All stock hats can be returned for in-store credit within the first 14 days of original ship date.
Hat Exchanges
If you want to exchange your ready-to-wear hat for another style or size, please contact us at csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com to initiate the transaction. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange to be processed.
BRICK AND MORTAR SHOP RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All purchases made within our brick and mortar in Hudson, NY are final sale. As this is a personal custom shopping experience with assistance and fitting, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on garments or hats purchased in the shop.
HAT RE-BLOCKING
We are happy to re-block or fix any hat purchased from Behida Dolić Millinery for a fee. Please note that all re-blocking starts at $100 per hat and may increase depending on damage and fixing needed. Please email csbehidadolicmillinery@gmail.com to make an appointment to have your hat fixed, as we cannot guarantee a time frame otherwise. Please send photos of the damage so we can properly quote you.
